Terms and conditions of consent for the collection and utilization of personal information

3) Period of retention and use of personal information
- Period of retention and use according to the internal policy of Bionara Co., Ltd.: Storage for 3 years from the date of receipt of reservation or provision of employment information,
and storage for 3 years after reservation However, it is preserved in accordance with Article 21 of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act (Obligation to Secure Safety)
and Article 22 of the same Act (Creation and Preservation of Electronic Financial Transaction Records).

4) Customers have the right to refuse to collect and use personal information and unique identification numbers, and inquiries and complaints may be rejected when exercising their rights.
